  • What is your cancellation Policy?

    We recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Reservations can generally be modified once up to two weeks prior to arrival without losing the deposit, unless a non-refundable rate was booked. Please review the specific conditions attached to your reservation.

  • Which credit cards are accepted?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Do you offer airport transfers?

    Yes, we offer airport transfers. We can arrange an airport transfer from USD 30 per transfer. Please contact us for more details!

  • Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?

    Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire resort, including all accommodations.

  • What time is check-in?

    Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.

  • What time is check-out?

    Check-out is at 10:30 AM. You are welcome to relax around the resort after check-out, and luggage storage is available.

  • Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

    Late check-outs and early check-ins are possible only upon availability for additional costs.

  • How far is the resort from the airport?

    Flamingo International Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive from All Seasons Bonaire.

  • Do you offer breakfast?

    Breakfast packages are available upon request and can be arranged prior to arrival or during your stay. Please contact our team for current options.

  • Is there a restaurant on property?

    All Seasons Bonaire does not have a full-service restaurant on-site. However, the resort is within walking distance of excellent restaurants, cafés, and bars in downtown Kralendijk.

  • Is housekeeping included?

    Yes, housekeeping service is included. Frequency may vary by length of stay.

  • Are pool towels provided?

    Yes, pool towels are available for guests. Towel exchange may incur a small additional fee.

  • Does the resort have a pool?

    Yes, the resort features an outdoor magnesium swimming pool, which is gentler on the skin and open daily.

  • Can I use the pool at any time?

    The pool is accessible daily. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and fellow guests, especially in the evening.

  • Do you have a reception desk?

    Reception is available at set times, and our team is always reachable by phone or WhatsApp for assistance.

  • Can I book a massage or spa treatment?

    Massage treatments can be arranged upon request. Availability varies, so we recommend checking with reception during your stay.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Are irons available in the rooms?

    Irons and ironing boards are available upon request.

    Yes, Bonaire is known for being safe, and the area around All Seasons Bonaire is well frequented and walkable.

  • Is the tap water safe to drink?

    Yes, it is completely safe to drink Bonaire's tap water. It is extracted by desalting seawater and is of high quality.

  • How far is downtown Kralendijk?

    Downtown Kralendijk is approximately a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the resort.

  • Can you help arrange a rental car?

    Yes, we are happy to assist with car rental arrangements. We recommend securing a vehicle in advance, especially during high season.

  • What is the Bonaire Entry Tax?

    From July 1, 2022, all visitors to Bonaire are required to pay the Bonaire Entry Tax upon arrival: for tourists aged 13 and older, USD 75; for children from 2 to 12 years USD 10. You can pay this tax online from two weeks before departure via iDEAL or credit card: https://tourismtax.bonairegov.com/form
